Most issues are addressed within a few hours of submission to us.

Trouble Tickets

Trouble tickets are the preferred method of requesting technical support. They allow our staff to stay organized, which greatly reduces the risk of an issue getting lost in an inbox somewhere. There are two easy ways to submit trouble tickets:

KnowledgeBase

This option is temporarily unavailable. Since we recently migrated to new servers, many of the old frequently asked questions are no longer relavent. This should be back in place within a few weeks.

E-Mail Support

To email our support department, please see the "Trouble Tickets" section above. Our system will convert your email to a trouble ticket, which will allow us to provide you with faster response times.

Phone Support

Wright Web Works offers limited phone support. This allows us to provide fair and adequate service to all of our customers. Most support issues are more easily dealt with via trouble ticket because that system allows technicians ample time to research and troubleshoot your issues, which is necessary so that we provide real answers to your questions and problems and not just guesses.
